Hoshi Hemmi

    Hoshi was born in Japan on August 3, 1996 and is now 10 years old.  He began piano at the age of four.  On August 2001 when he was five years old, he moved from Tokyo to New York due to his father’s business.

    He has been a piano student of Mrs. Fumine Sakakibara since he arrived to the United States, and now he is also a student of Dr. Ana Maria Trenchi Bottazzi. Ph.D., DMA of the Pinault School of Music since September 2006.  Hoshi has performed at Carnegie Hall three times and Steinway Hall two times.
